I called yesterday tomake anappointment with “Nate” todo banking during mylunch break today. Igot there acouple (2—3) minutes late, but mysister was already there (we were opening ajoint account) atour appt time. Nate was inhis office with someone else. The teller told him wewere there and afew minutes later they shut the door!!! Why bother making anappointment ifyou are going tomake the person wait anyways?!!! Why isn't there more than one person toassist with adding someone toan already existing account??… – show

Yeah, Ilike this bank but when Ican't use mycard topurchase something with myhard earned money.

Been cashing mychecks from work here the past 3months and today and they said Icouldn't doso because Ididn't have the equivalent funds inmy funds inmy account which Ihave never been deniedfor. Iwon't begoing tothis location again and probably closing myaccount with TDafter 10years ofbanking through them. The manager did not care whatsoever when Itold him this and just said “ok”. Terrible customer service.

The tellers have been friendly, and I've never had anissue with service orprotection. Ihave left acouple oftimes seeking better interest rates orlower fees, only tobe bombarded with banking errors and terrible customer service from other local establishments.. Ihave learned mylesson and amstayingout. Ifyou are happy with near 0interest rates inreturn for your money actually being safe, this isa bank foryou.

Only TDbank around that you can’t cash ordeposit payroll check into account without having a10day hold onit. Irecommend Alton TDbank. They know what they are doing. They will cash your check for you orput itin your account for same day availability. Myfiancé isa sub contractor and the company does not offer direct deposit and it’s apain tohave towait anextra 10days. Farmington was agreat branch wish they didn’t close

Very slow when itcomes tothe general customer base
Got tospeed upabit.
End all the socializing with peers and spending somuch time with customers that may befriends should beoff course. Iunderstand aneed toexpress abanks personality.But, associates have DOeliminate 2/3oftheir time socializing inmany cases

They keep making mistakes with mytransactions. Depositing money into wrong accountsetc. Ontop ofthat, the last time Iwent there toget their mistake corrected, the employee literally pulled the door out ofmy hand asI was entering the place, closed itand walked away. Iwill admit, they closed at1pm and Igot thereat, nojoke,1:01pm. Ihave noproblem with them closing when their hours say sobut topull the door out ofmy hand was absolutely ridiculous. Not tomention Iwas there toget their mistake corrected! I'm closing myaccount and Iwill not recommend this bank toanyone. Ever.… – show

So many issues with this bank Ican't even list themall. Isimply don't have the time for that. Just know that every single branch between NJand NHare staffed bymorons. The people you get onthe 1—800customer service line are nobetter. From the tellers tothe management. It's allbad.
